The bracelet
Remember I told you that I was having 11 Jamaican 1.00 octagon silver pieces attached to a silver charm braclet to commemorate trip #11?
I found the "Coinmon", Andy. He does not have a shop right now, so I had to go to his home. I am so glad I did.
Andy lives on the worst paved street in Jamaica. It is called Pee Wee Lane on the West side.
You try, and I do mean try, to drive down this god awful street until you reach Andy's. The protective grill work is the first thing you see. It is big iron art works of fish of various types and colors suspended in the waves of an ocean.
Andy's wife is the artist in residence at Marguaritaville. All over the house are gorgeous paintings art works, sculptures, distressed furniture, tile work, Oh it is GORGEOUS!!!!!!!
I said to Angie, I could live like this. What a creative couple.
Andy knocked out my bracelet in no time and delivered it to me at the beach. As I moved around Jamaica for the next few days Jamaican people everywhere noticed it. This was a real ice breaker with ladies, as they usually don't talk to me much.
This bracelet really made people smile. They were noticing it even at the airport. I have it on right now, but it is not a magic bracelet, because it can't make the Jamaica blues go away.

Oh VI!!!!!!!!!!!!I need a hug.
Vi the singers were floored by their envelopes. Classy says they loved getting hers as well. I would like to see you all put you one or two dollars in the envelopes and write something on it that let's them know we are from Jamaicans.com.
Just suppose you did a really good job at something and no one ever told you....just walked on by.
I have two names for you. The head guy is Garth, and the tall thick lady with the flawless skin and the most makeup is Dawn. How about just yelling out....Hi Garth and Dawn...they'd probably faint.

Marilyn, Welcome home and I am so glad that your journey was a safe and happy one. You brought tears to my eyes when you spoke of the one person that you and I are most close to, "God" and I assure you that as long as you put "HIM" first in your life "He" will give you the desires of your heart and you will see the beautiful Island of Jamaica again and again. It is truly a Garden of Eden for us so magnificently designed by "His Hands"and a place that God wants us to enjoy and have fun. Thank you for your sharing your story with us and I am waiting on those pictures. God Bless You and our Jamaican.com family. Princess1
