also try starting the computer up with the camera already plugged in the port. The computer may need to recognize that the port is going to be used.

oh MY... marilyn you're words have leaped from the screen.....what a blessed experience you had the honor of being apart of....i have often wondered what nine night/wake experience was truly like in jamaica i read a little on it in i think true history of paradise....what a truly uplifting experience and a wonderful way to celebrate the homegoing of a love one

His customer's smiles of anticipation are frozen on their faces, because I want to be there when their foods arrives to see the appreciation they express...but it has to wait, because Marilyn is not here.

Delicatly balancing a basket on her head she cries.....any mango,,,,,any bannnnna, any pineppple, any fruittttttttttt??? She takes a step and moves no more..because Marilyn is not here.

And oh please please don't let that gorgeous smile perfectly even white teeth, that parts your perfect lips, reach you face until I get back...Marilyn is not here.

And sun.....go just so far down in the sky, but please do not slip down to the point where you make the azure blues, shocking purples, hot pinks, golden yellows, and shimmering silver canvases...that I CANNOT bear, to know that you set without me. I'm not there. [/qb]

I have not finished reading your post...but I had to respond to this...this is so poetic...so moving Marilyn. That's why I love you...because your love is so evident when you write and speak about our home Jamaica...thank you!

Marilyn ~~ wonderful post re "The Wake" ... simply fantastic ... you really captured the feel and spirit of the occasion.

Take that media card to Wal-mart, have those pic transfered onto a cd ($5+ change), It only takes about 15 minutes. Run home, slip it into your disk drive and UPLOAD THOSE PICTURES!

((Marilyn & Classy)) I love your report on the wake you and Classy attended. My husband's grandmother (she was also his mother, father, brother and sister) passed back in 2001. I was in such awe of the whole experience, proud to be a part of such a wonderful celebration, great write up
