Sistacaf I will never forget that smell
Ochee accused me of takin her braids out but the stench of his breath caused the hair to melt and the slightest touch on the braid made it fall out

thanks for enjoying my report everybody...I am enjoying the memories as they come to me...forgive me if I don't have every detail in the right order. This is my FIRST trip report.

Angie...I tried to tell you that before we left for Jamaica...I even told Marilyn to have you call me...we definitely have to meet soon.

We call it a night and wind back down the staircase. I end up sitting in the front with Gringo. He grabs my hand and does that little finger in the hand middle thing…which I can’t stand. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] I politely snatch my hand back and he takes the hint gracefully…with no further attempts. We all agree that a food stop is very necessary right now. Gringo takes us to a little food place that has excellent chicken as well…not as good as the St. Ann’s Bay place…but still good.

The ladies are up bright and early for breakfast at Fisherman’s Beach. I think Sassy comes down to get me. I am dragging a bit…but it was in a good way. We finally get down to Fisherman’s Beach…we enjoy the food, the conversation (except for Neeeesshhhaaa!!! Yuh alrigh), the camaraderie of our brothers.




There is not only the daily argument among the human residents…the animal residents sometimes have things to “discuss as well”. I had a running storyline for the “discussion” between the two ducks…this had Classy and Sassy [img]/forums/images/graemlins/704555_dwl.gif[/img] I wonder why [img]/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]



We decline a ride into town because someone is smitten with Sassy and just can’t stay away. This is a girl’s trip remember…as we walk to town…we people watch…decline taxi offers…and enjoy the neverending compliments. We are stop every few steps by someone that recognizes Marilyn…we continue to hear “Ahhh!!! Marilyn or Blondie you are back!” “I remember you!”

Our first stop is Hong Kong restaurant. It is lovely…but Classy and I are welcoming the reprieve from the heat. It seems that we are never dressed for the day…for example we forget our swimwear…and we end up at the beach…or we wear Capri jeans when we should have on shorts…

Anyway we order drinks…Marilyn orders the egg rolls…which she said are awesome…they are very good. After a little conversation…we are back on the move. We past bakery…Marilyn reminds Classy about a cake. We walk in and I notice the internet café. So, Classy buys some cookies and we head back to the computers. I turn around to say something to Sassy…where is Sassy? As I glance around…I spot her letting down her locks…and some guy is running his hands through her hair. What??? Can we not take her anywhere? She is giggling because I am giving her the “mother” silent but deadly conversation that said “Get over here right now…missy!!”



We log on to the airline’s website and go through several futile attempts to change Sassy’s airlin ticket. We were about to give up hope…until she asks the guy that couldn’t keep his hands out of hair…if she can use the phone to call the airline. He gets her a cordless phone…and phone book…and has already turned to the appropriate page. I thought he would have held each of her fingers to dial the phone if she let him *sigh with jealousy*.

Meanwhile, Marilyn logs on to Ja.com to bait and tease her anxious…jealous and waiting fans about her trip.



Success! Not only was Sassy able to extend her stay…but she was upgraded to first class for her return trip.

one kept watch on the babies and the other two duked it out in the wata

We leave the bakery and head to the jewelry store to fantasize about the lovely pieces. Then we head to Wrap Your World for sarongs for tonight’s party and the Margaritaville Beach party. This place had the coolest items…I bought a sarong to wear with my black and white swimsuit in all the shot photos. Then we head back through Ochi. Marilyn and Sassy are off to meet Sistacaf since she called and has finally made it to Ochi.

*disclaimer* I am not going to include the unpleasant memory of the bank card drama. I am still dealing with it so it puts me in a bad place.

Classy and I head to Fisherman’s Beach to meet Sistacaf and the other girls. I am so happy that she gave me a chance for a second opinion of our meeting. I was not at my best. We enjoy steamed fish with our guys…and it is still just as magical to me. I was told by several of the guys that I fit and I have a home there if I ever wanted it. How sweet to not only be tolerated…but to actually be wanted…to fit into the equation of Fisherman’s Beach. My new name is given to me today…”Likkle Ochi”…Marilyn is named “Queen Ochi” from previous visits.

We all lounge around in Marilyn’s and Classy’s unit after going back to Skycastles. We decide that we don’t feel like getting dressed twice for tonight’s festivities. I guess this was a warning sign of things to come.

We eventually head down to eat with Curry…and we notice a guy on the opposite end of the pool setting up sound equipment. Marilyn casually asks “Where is the rest of the band”…then said “I guess they will arrive later.” We place our food orders…and the evening is very pleasant…relatively quiet for our group. My first assessment was that this was a very elegant party…a fitting choice for an elegant lady. Ohhhhhhhhh!!! Was I wrong!!!

no the duck day was different...remember Classy wasn't feeling well at all the day of the argument. The argument was the same day of Max...the ice pick and the narrow bridge. Cathy had not arrived yet for my duck commentary.
