We head back to Skycastles to rest and relax...the hill is murder for me and Classy because of all the dancing (murder for me even if I don't move a toe)...we go to our respective units to sleep...bathe...whatever..whatever. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Soon after...I am jarred out of my sleep by the phone. It is Marilyn saying..."GET DRESSED...and come up here now!! In 15 minutes...cutie from Margaritaville will be joining us with a friend." I'm thinking to myself "Which one" I guess I voiced it out loud at some point...because she describes him. I said "What???!! Bull....!!! Why???" She explains that he thought her retirement party was tonight...he got dressed...and of course we couldn't let a good man...errr...good outfit go to waste...so Marilyn and Classy tell him to come on over. He said he is bringing a friend...mmmmmm more cuties to look at...ummmm.

I get dressed in my red slash shirt...and matching wrap skirt....then dash up to M & C's to have hair and makeup done.


Soon after...cutie comes over with an attractive friend (not my speed...but who cares )

We sit on the verandah and chill for a minute...soon it is time to hit Little Pub for Karoke Night. We truly rode Jamaican style...butts piled on butts...Sassy was held captive in the friend's lap...and Classy had cutie's lap all to herself... [img]/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] Marilyn together now..."Skinny b..... are EVIL!!!"

I'm pouting big time because I know my big butt cannot do anything in his lap...in this tiny car but put his legs to sleep... [img]/forums/images/graemlins/704555_dwl.gif[/img] I told him he could at least fling his arm around Marilyn and I...which he did... :love:

We arrive at Little Pub...and we are escorted in by the cutie...the other one just sauntered in like he owned the place. Well...Marilyn has arranged the seating as follows: Classy, Cutie..Cutie's friend...me...Marilyn...and Sassy.

I'm thinking to myself how much I am enjoying this trip. Then DRAGON BREATH speaks for the first time in my ear...OH FATHER GOD!!! What in the haades in that smell??!!! :verymad: /o I realize that it is coming from his mouth...hence the picture of my lips turned up in Marilyn's post.



We are listening to the hostess for tonight's show...and she was pretty good.



He insists on pulling me close to whisper little jokes about each performer. I'm going to kill Marilyn and Classy. Nix that...because I look at Classy and she appears to be miserable too...Marilyn...your butt is mine as soon as I can get enough clean air in my lungs.

I order a drink...maybe I can become numb enough that I just won't care. First drink...strawberry daquiri...yuck!!! It was pure syrup and crushed ice...eww!! We send it back for a frozen margarita. Oh...my God...why are the heavens working against me? I come to realize that my demise will be tonight with every seep of air coming from DRAGON BREATH. The frozen margarita is TERRIBLE. Marilyn tries to help by taking it back to the bartender...he gives her a few choice words...and sends her scurrying back to her seat. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70361-embarassed.gif[/img]

Little did we know that this “woman” sitting in the corner would be the first performer. Her stage name “Lady Shabba”…adequate name IMHO. She enters stage left…and continues to finger her belt buckle nervously. Actually she was not nervous…just checking to make sure the open waistband on her super tight pants was still held together with the belt. The music and words for Shania Twain’s From This Moment On roll by on the screen. We are all whispering to each other “Why isn’t she singing?” “What’s wrong”…maybe she is scared. All of sudden she zeroed in on our table and shouts into the microphone in a very Grace Jones tone “You doan sing dat purt of de song…you only sing de chorus!!!”…rolls her eyes…and true to form sings only the chorus! When the chorus is done…she is done…she only sings the chorus during the entire performance. We are bursting on the inside…but deathly afraid to laugh out loud. She finishes and hands the microphone back to the MC.

Please understand that every picture taken of her was done with the fear of being pummeled to death by Lady Shabba. I got my picture by sliding under the table…which explains why it is so blurry.



The next performer wrote his own song…but couldn’t seem to remember the rhythm of HIS song. Simply dreadful! The other acts blend in..they don’t stand out in memory. Oh…yes another act does…he performed a reggae tune…but toward the end of the song…he did this low grumble…muffled…strangled sound…then in the next breath…he was squealing like a stuff pig. Then he was bouncing from foot to foot…obviously feeling whatever it was he was trying to convey to us.

I was unable to take any more pictures of the performances because DRAGON BREATH had fogged up the lens on my camera. It would not focus for anything.

Lady Shabba does her second number and dedicates it to the DJ…the DJ looks stunned and runs…you don’t feel me…literally runs from the stage. This number was introduced like this: “I am nut a vergen..but I will sing dis song!” She starts singing Madonna’s Like a Virgin…and she keeps tapping her errr…around the zipper area of her pants. We are truly crying with laughter…my sides hurt…my stomach…I’m hiding behind my hands and trying my best not to laugh out loud.

Soon cutie gets up…kisses Classy…then whisper that he has to leave to me…kisses my cheek…kisses Marilyn and Sassy and tells us how nice it was to meet us. A true gentleman the entire time. But wait! Why is he not taking DB with him? HELP ME!!! Don’t you see the tears running from my eyes? Can’t you smell the burning braids?

It was at this time that my mind was convinced that he was truly a batty bwoy. He was in true form after cutie left.
