I havent been on the board in a while and may I say that is one heck of a report!!! My company is owned by heathens that actually have us working on Good Friday and I finally got a chance to catch up on my reading since we arent busy. Wey yah deh? Having no idea what people look like behind screen names, I was NOT prepared for this one. When I first saw her I said great, just great, now I have to run around with all these other cute ladies and this one.

Really I was sooooooooooooo proud. These girls WORKED SOME NERVES in Ochii.

We arrive at Evita’s…and the atmosphere is very tranquil. We were taking pictures…laughing the usual. I was very very very HIGH from the painkiller. My eyes were crossing…I was even nodding like a junkie…no wonder Lady Z kept looking at me like I had three heads…waaaaaaaaiiiee. We take a seat at the table…order our food and drinks. The beverages were horrible…so we all order juice or sodas. We were telling some of our stories to Lady Z…then just as we were finishing up our meal…Marilyn hands me her cell phone. She instructs me to tell Angie about the horrible Retirement Party. This was my first time talking to Angie. I like her already. I am recounting the story complete with the high squeals and shrills from Marilyn…and I am looking out toward the entrance of Evita’s. I hear the girls laughing in the background…Marilyn runs over to the balcony…she is laughing really hard…then just as I turned around again…she was vomiting…and she passed out…HARD! She was clutching her heart…her eyes were rolling back in her head. “Oh MY God…it’s Marilyn…Angie…Oh My God…she has had a stroke…what’s wrong…Marilyn…what’s wrong with Marilyn…Angie I have to call you back!!!!!!!” I hang up the cell phone and drop it on the table. We are all running in slow motion to Marilyn…she looks over at me with the saddest look I have ever seen in my life. I KNEW I was responsible for killing Marilyn. In the midst of this…Lady Z is shocked her eyes were as big as two saucers…she looked just like this she grabs some cloth dinner napkins…wets them down…and really going to the rescue.

Backing up…there was a lady sitting in the corner chain smoking like a dragon…she was shifting paperwork around…glancing at her watch…and talking to herself. We thought it was funny because it was an oxymoron of sorts. Here we are to relax…and here she is looking like she desperately needed a vacation from paradise.

Anyway…this lady came to the rescue…she was monitoring Marilyn’s pulse…telling us not to move her (thank God Classy flipped her on her side though)…and telling us that she would be fine soon. It seems Marilyn swallowed soup just as I started telling the story. She was so tickled she couldn’t catch her breath…hence the vomit…then she inhaled it back in…blocked her airway…and passed out.

Soon, Marilyn sits up and asks if she passed out. We all say “Yes!??”…she said “That’s and interesting view of Ochi”…in true southern belle fashion…she sits up and starts telling jokes…like we didn’t almost loose her. After I heard her trademark laughter…a little shaky though…we called Angie back to tell her that everything was okay. Angie informs Marilyn that she should call it a day and rest. “Absolutely not” she said…”tonight is JUS Cheers honey!!!” We pay our tab and start our departure down the hill.

I am trembling all over…and I vow not to ever tell that story again. I feel horrible for what happened to Marilyn…I am trying to put on a brave face…but I was so scared. I think all of us were. We head to the ATM for Lady Z…my situation is still not corrected. Then we walk back up to Skycastles. I don’t remember what happened in between this and getting ready for Jus Cheers…sorry.

Good rendition. You left out Sistaaf burning the tablecloth, but everyone has read three versions of this by now anyway.

Much to my embarrassment this incident did happen. Passing out feels funny. You really don't know it happened until you wake up down a long tunnel and hear these voices. The first voice I heard was dragon lady, soft, soothing reassuring. Then I realized I was on the floor. WHy am I on the floor? Why is there a big lump on my head?

Ok so let's say this was my second most embarrassing moment of the trip. And at this point I am now convinced that Lady Z will check out of Skycastles in the morning.

Marilyn u told the staff at Evitas that you passed out when you saw your bill [img]/forums/images/graemlins/704555_dwl.gif[/img] and when I saw your bill I was ready to pass out too

Between headin back to the hotel and gettin ready for Jus Cheers nuttin really happened. We all piled in K4 like normal and none of us were in a dress up mood. I knew if Marilyn stayed in the hotel that night we were gonna have to call Gringo to take her to the hospital, so I was relieved when she said she was still goin.

dang you are bossy...

We did not feel like dressing up for Jus Cheers…but this was the same night that Classy gave me her “Edward Scissorhands” rendition of a Indian ponytail. When she finished her masterpiece…braids were everywhere. During the course of our getting ready…we continued to call Lady Z’s room…no answer. We were feeling that maybe today’s events had scared her off. Who could blame her? We decided that she would contact us if she wanted to go out. We all jump into Junior’s van…then I ask Marilyn if she would feel better if we checked on Lady Z in her unit. Marilyn had been fretting about our decision to leave Lady Z…she was not in on this decision at all. She said, “I can not enjoy myself knowing I didn’t at least try.” I saw her anxiety in the back seat…so I asked. But in my heart of hearts…I honesty thought we had scared the living crap out of Lady Z. We ride up to her unit way up in the trees…Marilyn jumps out and sashays to the door. She comes back…by herself. Soon, Lady Z comes out…she is absolutely stunning. Offf to JUS Cheers!
