This was the best group of women that anyone could have been with. True sisters. If something was wrong, we all pulled together to fix it.

Sassy and Junior carry me down the stairs to my unit. Locked out! I forgot that I gave Mr. O the key in case he got back before me. Then I remembered that he promised to leave the back door open. We all hobble around the building to the back…just as Mr. O appears. He takes over…and bid goodnight and thank you to my wonderful new friends. I take another painkiller…and pass out on the bed.

“Hey baby…how are you feeling? Do you need anything?” I open my eyes to a vision in hot pink,orange and a plethora of vivid colors. It’s Marilyn. Hey Marilyn….(I’m hoping that drool and crud wasn’t all over my face [img]/forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img] ) I’m better…I be ready in a second. She said “No honey…I think you should rest today.” I whine…”Nooooooooo, I wanna GOOOOOOOOO!” She asks if I’m positive…but knows by now that she will have to tie me down to keep me still. I shower…God has blessed me with 20 extra minutes of hot water…YES!!! THANK YOU LORD!

The first time Marilyn came to get me - she said we were gettin ready to go. Then she said hold on, she'd be right back and when she came back she said that you all were stayin for a while. I had no clue that you were in pain. (((Ochee)))

When I was ready to go I saw that you all had left (and didn't even call my cell *cho*). But I would have left in a second if I would have known what the situation was.

Any excuse will do for me to post his picture. the wrap he is holding is the one I made into a dress that Ochee is speaking of. I LOVE IT. :love: :love: :love: (and yes, I am talking about the sarong)

I walk up to the K unit…and everyone is gone except Classy. She waited on me. She is puttering around…packing…unpacking…refolding…rolling clothes…just restless…and very sad. She wants to know why we didn’t tell her that I was sick. She doesn’t want to leave…she asks me to move with her to Jamaica. We can do it she said. We can get a 2 bedroom and we can do it. I said in a world with no husband and children. She laughs…and said in classic Classy fashion “I’m hungry!!”

Marilyn, Sistacaf and Lady Z have all ventured to Fisherman’s Beach for breakfast. Classy and I head down after putting on our swimsuits because today will be beach day for Sistacaf. We eat breakfast. Then we all head toward the beach.

Sistacaf has to get a new cell phone for AngieB...so I volunteer to walk with her to the Digicel counter that finally helped her. We decided to stop at the others along the way because she did not want me to do any unneccessary walking. We had no luck with the others...we ended up walking to the one I suggested...the best Digicel counter is just in front of Amnesia...so far 3 out 3 encounters very satisfying.

After we leave the Digicel counter...Sistacaf is in need of a restroom. So we stop at Mother's...while there, we decide to get patties for the ladies. I suggest the loaded patties with cheese, lettuce and tomato. We then head back to the beach. The ladies are sitting around a picnic table...Sistacaf and Sassy are in the water...Voice joins us in our walk over to the table. He asks were my son is because I promised to let him take him jet skiing. I am a woman of my word...so I decided to take the jet ski ride since my son was in the hills.

We put our bag of goodies down...and the ladies dive in...the patties are a huge success. I put my patties to the side for later. Voice puts a life jacket on me...we jump on the jet ski...and take off. He is riding very hard...looking for a reaction from me. I loved every minute of the ride so I didn't scream once. He took me 3 miles out...back around to Fisherman's Beach...then all to quickly the ride was over.
