The stuff posted here is not quite true about the homes. Guess the newspaper got bad info. They are 778 square feet and they cost a lot more than $2,500,000 now with inflation and didn;t take into account the closing costs or extras if you want them. Figure on around $60,000US before you're done. I could post the process in a different thread for my purchasing. Since I am paying cash, it would be different than what most of their info shows. For the most part they are purchased with a loan and so Gore Development shows the info for that process. Will work on a different thread later this week or next week. It was really interesting to go through it in another country. I SURVIVED!!

That was a lot of fun JM. Those pictures really took me away. My mother is trying to finish a house up in Inverness (near Brownstown) and it is taking a long, long time. Nice to hear you'll be in your home soon.
