We walk along Main Street and I see this striking fan palm, at least I call it that for lack of the true name: this is called the traveler's palm.....i wondered about this tree for several years & finally found out more about....a traveler can tap into a limb with a stick of knife & out flows a river of fresh water which was used to quench the thirst of weary, thirsty travlers....just thought I'd share that with you

My guide Trevor shows up and is surprised to see my braids.

for some reason, this cracks me up. i guess you showed him an unexpected side of you.

nice report and pics, even though is only at the end when you were hugging the cokenat tree that i figured out the JM you were talking about was yourself. i kept looking for a pic of this other woman who was travelling with you, and figured she must have asked you not to post it, lol!

Thanks Mg. I sure will enjoy the new home! Regarding Trevor, guess he didn't expect me to do anything like that and it definitely was unexpected.

There is another person named JM and that's my alter ego that comes out when I'm in Jamaica. I feel like a totally different person over there. It tickled me that you thought there was someone traveling with me. I just completely forgot that people don't realize how I write, and talk about myself as third person instead of first person at times.
