Your snow pic reminds me of when I took Sean in JAnuary 04.
The coldest January in forever! So cold they closed all the schools in the state.
My sis kept calling to tell us how cold it was... I kept tellig her I had to go... I was getting sunburned!! [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

IM, thank you so much for sharing so many wonderful photos and beautiful memories of the south coast. I'm staying in Treasure Beach for the first time in a few weeks, and after 17 or 18 stays in Jamaica over the last 10 years I seriously anticipate the change. In the past, I've spent most of my time in Negril - with a few trips to Kingston, Ochi and Mandeville thrown in. But I'm just not in the mood this time around for the "tourist thing"; my spirit is feeling the need for something different. I think Treasure Beach will be just what the doctor ordered.
The thoughts that you shared have convinced me more than ever that my upcoming trip is one that I will treasure. Thanks again! [img]/forums/images/graemlins/bannana_purple.gif[/img]

Q.K, coming home to snow and this cold is shocking. So much so that I'd almost not want to go back in the dead of winter again, the seasonal depression thing seems to strike with a vengence after basking in the warmth and sunshine! Nawww...

I take that back, anytime is a good time to go to Jamaica, heheheh, I lost my head for a second there...

IM, coming home SUCKED... it was the constant reminders from my sister that I so thoroughly enjoyed... THEN we had to go home... [img]/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

It was a balmy 20 degrees the night we arrived in Boston.

Well, now that I finally have a digital camera I'll do my best to take decent pictures. I can't promise they will be as good as IM's, but I'll try hard! The more I hear from folks who have already been to Treasure Beach, the more excited I am about my upcoming trip. I won't be escaping much from the cold, since Atlanta really doesn't get THAT cold. Hello IM...I was looking through some old photos taken a few years ago and found these of AP. I think they were taken in 2001 (weren't saved in high resolution so are a bit hazy).
