Your friend needs to find an attorney to file the necessary papers before the child gets older.

yes, I am still here, just reading along. Dont want to hit you with too much at once.

Can I attempt to assist my babyfather in any way...would sending him an invitation letter cause more harm than good in the sense that he would then look like a possible "flight risk"?
