Seveen, Most of the stories ar set in Jamaica, but a few aren't. All of them are about Jamaicans.

Portmore, The name Aloysius just dropped into my lap when I started writing Lunatic. Many of his other names I borrowed from odd sources, one fro a box of cockroach poison. I'm sure one of these days the UWI academics will go on a hunt for the "secret meanings" of Aloysius's names.

The stories in Annihilation of Fish are tell or try to the multiple stories that we've gone through as Jamaicans.
