yesterday was so beautiful. threads started and continued by boardites, a return to the feel of seeing clearly what was on people's minds, the issues of the day that were sparking interest and conversation.

then today, and the return with a vengeance of that spam called breaking news.

it IS damn annoying to bring up active topics and find nothing but posts from OTGN allllllllll down the page. I mean really....get yer own website for gawds sake. I can read all this on FB!!!!

and btw....a fender bender on highway2000 is hardly worthy of a newsflash.

Sorry to get to so late on this but had some other issues pending.

Arching/Viewing old Post - The issue with the archive display is a new personal setting. At the bottom of the page you can set how far back you want to view posts by setting your &quot;Display Options&quot;. I looked in our control panel for a setting for all the forums and all users but it is not there.

Jamaicans.com mailbox - The emails serve is provide by a company call everyone.net. Please contact them at [email protected] with your relevant information. I seems they upgraded but I am not having issues.

Xavier... on your announcement re Best of Jamaica -Toronto needs votes - the reply and quote links are there (but replies not allowed ) likely showing because it is not locked...

I can't post from work on either FF or IE.

- On FF none of the buttons work, so when I type a post and click submit, nothing happens
- On IE I get logged out almost immediately after logging on.

On another note, could you add support for Tapatalk, TouchBB, or similar app for iPhone &amp; smartphone idling please. Thanks!

That is so weird. Can you send me the version of the browsers you are using. Do you get an error message when you submit? Can you take a screen shot of it.

that happened to me a lot after the last &quot;up&quot;grade. at least now i can log in and stay logged in....at least for that session. still won't keep me logged in if i leave the site tho....have to re log in when i return.

Upgraded the forum-- CALENDAR issues

Hi X - tried to access the 'calendar' to add an event...took me to THIS PAGE as per norm...


BUT.... the header said (or read) 'REDIRECT'

and below it indicated that 'you do not have permission to access this document'



( added note - used 'calendar' link from the header above forum listings as per choices indicated below)

When I used the link from the secondary list (below) the link took me to the actual calendar...

Hi Xavier,

Here are the versions of browsers I use.


When posting with FF, I don't get an error message, just nothing at all happens.
