Worst, who do the police serve?
Amnesty Intl`l, Jamaicans for Justice and Mothers Against State Terrorism are 3 organizations whose cries go unheeded, yet we do admit that the police can instill certain death once a person is identified.
Please dont even suggest outside or foreign interests. If so, why bother with a Jamaica Government.

So just because the cogernment can be usurped by a foreign power we should'nt have one?
It was only a few months ago that the son of Margret Thather was indicted for trying to iverthrpw a government with mercenery,and we should close our eyes to the possibillity of the jamaican government acting on the orders of some foreign power?
Hey we all have our views,that is the beauty of freedom of expression,don't??

Quite right in agreement with you there Doc. Scepticism is quite in order when dealing with wide spectrums, especially where trust has been eroded and those who came soliciting votes promising better leadership have failed and have acquired opportunity for themselves on the backs of the poor woman in Waterhouse, Rema, Trench Town and Jungle.
I dont see Bush nor Blair causing us to be in the predicament we are in today regarding the low educational standards and the self inflicting crime situations. After all we are now celebrating 43 years of independence.

The balmy refreshing countryside is now contaminated with specs of the new entrepeneurship. That phenomenon has spread from the urban slums of Kinston west, St. Andrew-South-Southwest and West along with East and East rural which takes in August Town and their lot of hoodlums into traditional peaceful rural country towns such as Falmouth. We know that Montego Bay`s Glendevon, Catherine`s Hall, Railway gully; Spanish town`s Tawes Pen, Jones Pen, Thompson Pen and the rest of the pens and ville`s have already been fully rotted away. Add the isolated villages that are visited by fugitives and along with what they have in their Robin Hood treasure chests, they lend opportunity sinister as it may sound to the yute`s since the Government has no contracts with Operation Pride done siphoned and now the Prime Minister siphoning funds from the NHTrust in an attempt to ressusicate Education, there is nothing left for the yute`s to do but follow by example the beasts that were created by the 2 Powerlitical Parties, that will suck on to any feeding tree whether by extortion and various racketeering......yada yada.

how to disarm the "gunman" among the populace

how to get fair market prices for our goods

how to efficently farm/grow more products for export

how to become more self-sufficient in daily needs

how to energize and expand the manufacturing sector

how to provide MORE jobs for the youth

Do we in JA need PJ to adopt a Fidel or Saudi Arabia policy to curb crime ..

not really Rich .. there would be no need for SAH-DAM if we could disarm the public menaces and make work for people .. but i can't help but notice how low the crime rate by the general populace is in those places

and what of a place like Canada...dem not choping off peoples hands and no real dictatorship in place but crime rate very low

The people will need to be educated all over again and that means a new generation will have to be born and grown.
Who oversees that will be the new messiah.
