1st ipod problem: I cant turn the thing off? I press and hold down the Play button but it still wont shut off

You have to keep holding the Play/ Pause botton down for a couple of seconds, then it should shut off.

I have had my ZUne for over 2 years now and its been a fabulous player in my opinion. Over the last 2 years it has been improved with new updates from Microsoft that you never get from Apple on your iPod. I enjoy the music subscription service on my Zune and can download almost unlimited music for just $15 per month. The devices themselves are very durable and it has been well used with not one single issue to date.

If you look at the hardware and software features its a no brainer. The Zune is a better device.

yeah man, I would grab the classic if he is offering

I decided to keep the 16GB I have now b/c if I get the Classic even with the cheaper online price for the unit itself, all the accessories I got for next to nothing will add another $200 to its price.

So far I am happy with it but if u can get the 120GB with the bigger hard drive, I say go for it
