Howdy People!

The laptop is on my lap. They replaced the heat sink as well as updated the BIOS (like I never did THAT before). Anyway, I know what they replaced because I spoke with a techy online. Course I didn't know what all a this meant. After speaking with him I got a message saying that "Microsoft Bootstrapper" stopped working because it was probably not installed correctly. Roll yeye - mi jus nuh able wid it not working again so mi a hope everything cool widdit.
