Hi IronMama, welcome to my car buying ordeal! At least the ending is happy. I've seen the Magnum and although I don't really know much about them I bet they are nice. I think the Pacifica's are beautiful too. Ha, this is the last year they are making them! Are they still making the Magnum? Is that the one that took the place of the Intrepids?

Anyway, Paris just loves to ride in her new car. I took this pic today at a stop light!

That is great news Nan at least the saga is over. I think they are no longer going to make the Magnums, Pacificas or the PT Cruisers...too bad.

They are practically giving the PT Cruisers away! I could have gotten a 2007 for the same price I paid for my 05 Intrepid. But nahhh.

For the fist time in as many years as I can
remember, buying a new car is so easy.

Every manufacturer and distributor has a deal just for you.
Then all this has a guarantee factor that is lovely.
All you need is loads of cash for the down payment.

However, changing your car is a chore.
It involves giving up what was once your “baby”.
There is so much stress involved as you never know who
is being honest or who just wants to make a quickie sale.

I am so happy that you returned to the first car lot
and that the right person was waiting for you.

Nothing happens before its time.
I believe that the searching time that you spent
was a great investment of your efforts.
When you saw the car, you immediately knew
that it had your name written all over it.

Congratulations and may you add a few
hundred thousand miles to your new baby.

Two weeks have passed since all this took place.
I sincerely hope that you are still enjoying the ride.

I still have my eyes set on a smart car. I heard that the prices are once again down on them! They aren't practical, but there prices are most def in the budget when the budget decides to show itself *lol*
