Mi just about ready fi cancel DirecTv. Monthly went up $10. Dem willing to upgrade and get me HD with a DVR, but it going to cost me. Ok, no problem there. Den mi tell dem send me the equipment and I'll install it meself. (It tek less than 15 minutes from scratch.) Oh, no, dem can't do that. So when I cancel, I will probably tell them: "oh your reps must think I'm an idiot for wanting to install the dish myself. 
"
Right now, the dish is currently setup on a portable tripod. Due to laziness, I haven't tied it down, so anytime it rain with a bit of wind, it gets blown over. It tek less than a minute to re-aim it.
So the amusing part. If I cancel, then use another number, like me google number, I get all sorts of new upgrades fi almost $30 less per month than what the no cancel reps offering. Truly amusing. So now to decide which poison mi want, lol.
