D, usually mi is not ah big fan of iOmega products. Mi find that di quality an robustness ah dem product is not di best, from using dem stuff ova di years. In comparison to others, dem seem tuh tek some short-cuts pan dem design an assembly.

Just my opinion anyway.

You can also buy a Case with HDD MP3/MP4/Photo Media Player/OTG function, all you need to do is hook it up to a TV or Monitor to play and you can transfer files between it an a SD Flash without a computer. Of course you would need to get your own HD.

you cant use the software that comes with it, if you are running Vista. You can use the software for 30 days and then it expires on you.

to transfer files, you have to use "my computer" window and the copy and paste to the external hard drive location.

They dont have a patch yet - spoke to WD yesterday to confirm - but they are promising one in the new year.

When I bought it I am a 100% positive the tech rep said it is compatible with Vista - but its not. I wouldnt have bought it without asking that question because I have had so much problems with other software not being able to run on Vista without patches, etc.
