The birthday celebrations will continue this weekend as my garage gets a wiring job! My decades long time friend who's husband is doing the wiring has a birthday 2 days before mine! YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE the parties we would have for our collective birthdays!!!! You wanna talk about FUN!
Teeehee...one time about 1986 we had a party at a friends lake place which is actually less than a mile from my dog lake place. I decided I wanted to go canoing! Well, I grew up in a canoe so I sure didn't need an escort but my friends thought I did so I had to sneak. I snuck out in the canoe and was having a GRAND time in the middle of the lake watching the shooting stars and such! We grow em BIG out here! But then when I got back to shore I met with a concerned group who, while trying to help me safely reach shore...managed to help me dump the canoe in shallow waters! Man it was COLD! I huddled up to the fire so close I was steaming trying to stay warm.
I will never forget any of it. Now THAT was dangerous! HAHHA I lived to tell the tale and many more...

Great to see you both down in these pawts! 
However, I am slowly working my way back. It will happen when it is supposed to happen and when it does? It will be the best moment innna mi life after an absence! Absence is not the worst thing that can happen! It gives one perspective and time to re-group. I have to kind of giggle though! Things I have learned from a 5 year absence...
