i'll just pitch in and say we stayed at Fern Hill, which is handy to Goblin Hill....place was huge...with not many people there....gorgeous views.

we also have stayed at Search Me Heart....which is a guesthouse in Drapers...run by a great rasta named Culture...i believe Kurlie is related to him. he's got a good location...great neighborhood feel.

stayed at a sweet villa called Tranquility too...its up on the same hill the Bonnie View Hotel is....again...fab views...but the place is $$$$ </div></div>
WONDERFUL info Loops. Going to check out Fern Hill. Port Antonio looks gorgeous from every angle. May need another 4G card for the pics..

Pipers is maybe 90 minutes from MoBay...Ja Jewel is maybe 30-40 minutes...

Love Ja Jewel, great place to spend the last night - or longer.

I looked at Goblin Hill and wound up at Fern Hill because Goblin costs so much more and it was dead quiet - no bar, no restaurant, no nothing. Everyone has a condo with a cook there.

Fern is just down the road a little so basically same access to everything.

MzzLiz...good to see ya. Goblin is listed at $175 a night for for 4 nights that's not bad for a villa. How is the view from Fern Hill? I'll check them out as well.

Hi Vi! ....we ARE located about 35 min from Mobay airport...would be great if you could be here on Fri or Sat night. On Fri. night we have our bar open with fish tea &amp; roast fish, stuffed with calalloo....sometimes get a crowd...nice oldies music. On Sat. night Leroys bar on the beach has a live local reggae band playing and is lots of fun....not a &quot;club&quot; atmosphere, more like a &quot;dancing in the sand&quot; atmosphere (very local)

Liz, Orbra and Bandanna have all been here with me at Leroys and also stayed at our property. You could PM them to see how they liked it. We would love to have you come &amp; stay a few nights.

you can get a spacious suite at Fern Hill for roughly 120. That price includes continental breakfast.

You can get a beautiful apt. at Ja. jewel for $100....I'll make breakfast for you(Jamaican or American style, including brewed coffee and fresh squeezed OJ for $8.)

Thanks Loops. $120/night works real good. Okay I checked out a couple of Fern Hill sites and I do like this place. the one bedroom villa is only 140/night. Located near everything. Not on the beach, but that's okay, San San is in walking distance or we could hop a shuttle. Yep...I think this is it.
