I made jerk pork last week!
I have not been able to bring myself to make Uncle Sam crispy fried chicken yet though. I don't know that I will ever be able to do that!

his cousin that was gunned down ... Dead Yard is planned for 3/21 and funeral on 3/22 ... he wants me to try to come so I can be there ~ opposed to arriving the day after ~

This is so funny! Lest you have an doubts about my weather, the guy on the weather channel just said "this is the coldest 27 degrees I've ever felt" "I can't imagine what this is going to feel like when it gets 4 below"... The wind is whipping about 20 to 40 mph now with strong gusts.
Whoopie a storm!

Thanks to the weather channel, I am about to wake up to my 49th below zero morning this winter. Ya know what? I shouldn't be watching this stuff. They weather channel guy is standing out there sounding like he believes he is in hell. I gotta go to bed.

Howdy peeps!!
Nanook, how do you stand it?!?!?
Well, they've cut back our O.T at work to only 2 days a week...
I was just gettin used to the $$ from 5 days a week.
But on the brightside, I won't have to get up til 7 am 3 days a week!
Haven't had much time to play with the new toy. Lots goin on. Plenty to do. 2 family parties this weekend. My mother's 1st grandson & 1st <span style="font-style: italic">great</span> grandson (Jake) will have birthday celebrations. The 1st will be 30 the 2nd will be 2.
And on Sunday Ethan will be 4 months old!!
He is doing awesome! He's been out and about in his new baby carriage. Yesterday they walked up to my mom's for a visit and of course she was thrilled. He's going into Children's Hospital today to attempt bottle feeding again. They're very optimistic.

Good morning peoples! Q.K, this year and this late int he game I <span style="font-weight: bold">can't</span> stand it! It'll start making me crazy if I think about it much so I just stay busy. We didn't get the dumping we thought we'd get AGAIN... It's shovel variety though and the plow will have to come. 
Next week we'll see 30's again YIPEEE.
