Marnin everyone! Greetings from the land of floods and monsoon. Yes I'm excited about my car I just hope I can get out this morning, it's been pouring rain for days.

Yes the weather has been horrific, and it has been treacherous trying to walk around. It's either icy or soaked ground because the frost is just an inch or two below the surface and the rain has no place to go. Flooding too, but I don't have to worry about flooding at least.

In light of the election of my wonderful new President, and his efforts to help the economy, I felt it was my duty to help with economic stimulation.....so in light of the receipt of my yearly contribution back from Uncle Sam, I have purchased a ticket and I am on my way for 9 fun filled days in Jamaica....it's my civic duty.

I did my part yesterday buying a cyar. Now I'm going to refinance my house next so I can do my part some more and put the extra $$ towards fixing up my domain. Meanwhile, saving for a trip to Jamaica for 2010. I will be hanging out in your area of the Island from now on.

I called about the Refi myself, but the guy said it wouldn't really be worth it for me, he said I hada pretty good loan already so stay put.
