She's been named Stella for a while now, but seems she has her own groove..They threw it out when they met her

Hey, I will take some pics in the morning of the beads before I go out to make the rest. I took some this morning but they were blurry and I ran out of time. I love my new little part time job though. I see so many dogs every day it is just wild. I must see at least 30 different dogs a day and Paris comes with me every day and hangs out wandering around in the grooming area. This is such good exposure for her as she has led a sheltered life up until now. Sheltered life is not good for a show dog! Today I saw a brand new breed I have never seen before. Now that is rare when that happens!
Here is what it was, it was very very cute and the one I saw was white.

The Coton de Tulear, pronounced "coe-TAWN day TULE-ee-r," means "cotton of Tulear." The Coton is a rare, ancient pure-breed that originated on Madagascar more than three centuries ago.
Cotons are very intelligent, easy to toilet train, and uncommonly gentle and laid back. They get along well with children and most pets.
The Coton was exclusively the dog of Royal Malagasy nobles, but now this exceptional, elegant companion is available to a select few outside that legendary land.
The Coton de Tulear earned its name from its unique, cotton-like hair, and for a port city in Madagascar, Tulear. Its dry, wind-tossed coat is probably the easiest to maintain of any long-haired breed, but it still requires regular grooming. The hair is about four-to-six inches long, dries quickly when wet, and requires relatively little brushing. It sheds very little, and rarely bothers people who suffer from chronic allergies. The coat should NOT be shiny, nor should it touch the ground from the chest or abdominal region.
Anyway, I would love to have one. They won't be in AKC anytime soon it seems but maybe some day!
I guess we're gonna get a snow but it seems like Laurel is gonna get it much worse! Oh well, one thing about snow this time of year you can usually let it stay for the most part and it will shrink away fast enough with the rest of it!Comment

Nooks, that dog is adorable.....talking about a teddy bear. Oh so cute. That is great you love your job. I bet Paris can't wait to get there on the days that you go. Dogs love to mingle and romp.

NDG, dang it on the job search! I am glad I wasn't out there looking for a real job! The prospects are thin. Hopefully this will turn around and soon! The prez address seemed hopeful the other night.
Today is make beads for Katrina's necklace and snowstorm day! Yes a snowstorm! Now I might only get3 to5 but the lake effect machine might give me a huge dumping. Only Jah knows for sure.
I'm not so sure Paris is loving going to work with me quite yet. In her whole life only one traumatic thing has happened to her and it happened there the day she lost her hair. Well then she sticks to me like glue but I mostly ignore her and leave it up to her to socialize with the other dogs there and save the special moments for home. She is a very funny creature. I always say I have several dogs and a Poodle. Poodle is a different creature on their own lol.
This will be the scene this afternoon out in the shop. She gets so content she sleeps with her mouth half hanging open and an actual smile pon her face cause she loves her Dobergirl and Pins...
Her stuffed horse is on the bottom of the pic. For awhile it was curled up with her before it got knocked down. yes she spoiled bad.
This is her new hair do. I just re-did it tuesday night and it only takes an hour an a half every 4 or 5 days. This I can live with!
