I had the opportunity to talk to her on the phone, but I never met her in person. I was sort of hoping I could share her with Seveen.

I got the word in Jamaica and cried in the ocean...already we were all emotionally raw from MJ's funeral and then this hit.
Seveen you know I love you like cook and curry and I am here for you.

a prayer I wrote last year after a month went by and I wasn't working...

Almighty God,

through your will all things are possible, so I plead to you now father - grant me the strength to overcome the obstacles in my life, and the clarity to see myself through all troubling times. I'm in need of your strength Father, I'm in need of your presence in my life, I humbly submit to you Lord, to guide me and shape me, to bring me to a place where there will be peace in my heart. where I won't feel the turmoil of the past haunt me, where I can forgive the pain inflicted upon me by those I loved and those that I didn't love, where I can forgive myself for making mistakes and for dropping the ball when handed to me, lead me Oh Lord to a place where I can accept and treasure the present and look forward to the future. Mighty Father, I ask that you allow me to be successful in my ventures, to have the means to make this life and this love work. Please father grant to me these things that I request. Through you all is possible and i seek your mercy and bounty to get me through. thank you Amen.

I rediscovered it while cleaning out my computer, it's a prayer I definitely need today and thought I'd share with those who may be feeling similar to me too.

Seveen's mother's service was yesterday, and she did just fine. Some board members in the area even went to spend the evening with her and help out ((((((((((Ja.com))))))))))))

She's holding up very well.
