Roots..thanks for the rum cream! All the talk of rum raisin prompted me to make rum raisin ice cream. Soak 1/2 c raisins in 1/2 c spiced rum overnight.....or a couple a days if you forget them like I did. Soften 1/2 g vanilla ice cream, mix in the rum & raisins & 1/4 tsp nutmeg....refreeze. AWESOME!!!! I don't bother with a bowl....eat right out of the carton.
