Marnin Seveen and Nancee! Yep, a scootin I will go! It would have been fun to have that bike in Jamaica for those scooter adventures! I remember one time in particular going up Spur Tree Hill on our way to Alligator Pond. The little jamaica scooter was slow going up that incline!
I offered to get off and walk but Sam said to stay and we made it! 
Seveen, Paris is a rowdy teenager and beating up on her Doberigrl seester.

I FINALLY got my scooter home! It's not a scooter but a rocket! Actually, it's a motorcycle in a scooter body and wooooieeee is it ever fun. I'm not limited to where I can go anymore because of speed cause this sucker goes from 0 to 60 lickety split.
Notice the antenna in the back! Yep, it even has a stereo!!!
And lookie the size of that trunk. I can haul a lotta stuff in there...
I gotta go for a scoot today cause our beautiful weather is about to take a turn into rain the rest of the week. I'm just happy to finally have it home after waiting for it for a year.

It was pretty good. Nice football field setting (Panthers Stadium) in Dekalb with about 10 jerk/food tents. We got there a little too early (around 2) ended up leaving around 6 when everyone else was arriving for the music. Very expensive (I thought)
$10 to get in, $10 for meals, $10 for a smoothie
but plenty of seating in the stadium, lots of shade after 2pm and when we were leaving Rasta had a pick-up truck loaded with jellies and was chopping them open for everyone....people were lined up for them. They cost $7 each.....I guess next year we'll get there later to enjoy the music.

been up since 4:00am cannot sleep, then again could be because the boyfriend is away until tomorrow or my internal clock all messed still cannot get adjusted to BC time zone got back four days ago.

Good morning everyone!
Marilyn how that's gonna work is red scooter baby will sit in the garage and wait till Spring to come out right next to the other scooter and my 350 Honda. Well, I sent the 350 Honda to Val's hoping for it to sell easier up there. It'll be a sad day when I pull the battery cable and put it to bed and yer right, it could very well be as early as next week!
That's why I rode 264 miles yesterday! And why I'm saying "ouch" today! I went to Michigan!
Hopefully I can ride it most of September but the weather is going to hell for the next week at least. Indian Summer is my favorite season and it's coming up shortly!

Lord it was a beeyatch goin into work yesterday!
I'm gonna need a shopvac to clear the beach out of my car!! It's a wonder there is any sand left on beaches after we drag it all home with us.
I laughed at the people next to us at the beach Sunday cos when they were leaving they all brushed off, shook off, wiped off their feet while getting into their trucks...
You can't beat sand!
It will always win!!

QK I had to laugh about the sand. I left a whole bunch in a restroom at a casino yesterday when I went in to change for my ride home from Michigan.
Yeah Marilyn it's a very fun new toy!
I had it up to 67 and there was lots more left to go but that was fast enough!
The funniest part was when I was riding with a pack of 6 harleys! I was following a truck going through the reservation at exactly the speed limit of 55. I could see the pack of big bikes coming up from the rear and they didn't want to go 55 but couldn't really pass either cause everyone knows not to go speeding through the rez. As soon as they got a chance to pass the truck and me, half of them went and the other half had to stay behind for the next chance. As they left me behind they all waved and smiled. It was purty funny. It was big fun to ride with a pack of Harley's! I had a Sportster for a week once. I couldn't ride one any more though.
Last weekend we were all laughing wondering when Harley was gonna start making scooters for us old folks. Wondering what they'd call them. Granny glides?
