We have our lulls. Looks like this is one of em, tho I see Seveen's been busy drummin up business.
More than I can say for myself the past few months.
Good to have some freshness about the place.
Hope all our southern mouth runners are safe & dry.
News from Ethan-land: He had his feeding tube moved to his belly. He's been yankin it out of his nose every other minute!!
Fresh boy!!
My sis said they sprayed teh anesthesia in his mouth and he was all boucin up & down and laughin till it kicked in.
His foot stopped in mid-stomp and he just sort of melted into unconciousness.
So this will be easier for all involved until he gets the recontruction on his palette i december.
He did well after the surgery and will be home tomorrow.Comment

Angie's home office flooded, ruined the carpet is about all. Behind her is pure forrest, just like Seveen, and she said she lays in bed at night listening to trees fall because the ground has had it.
As for me....this is my 19th straight day of rain. Seveen and I tend to have a little touch of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), and we need some sunshine relief from time to time. Miami was a nice break for me, but friends from Memphis were calling the whole time I was away telling me how miserable Memphis was, adn they didn't lie, I could tell even before the plane landed.
I don't know what's causing this, but I could use a crisp clear sunny fall day right about now.Comment

Though we didn't have the flooding issues so much, it rained for all but a day or so the whole month of June. I feel ya on the SAD.

we have had the most awesome weather these past few weeks ... clear and sunny and hot. Been able to use my pool nuff times on weekends.

all summer I have been carrying a gallon milk container filled with water along each time I bring Pal down for a wee-wee - property has two big flower containers filled with thirsty plants at the entry to my building ...
I have been getting lazy with that duty tho ... some of them are beginning to dry up ~Comment
