evelin peeps! Went out today to check the roads, no way in hell. Had my camera with in case I could find something fun to shoot, but those inches of rain under the snow? No way man, my camera is safe at home. I can see me and it crashing onto the ground in one fell swoop!

Getting a lot of jewelry made this week. I had all kinds of travel plans but they can wait. We've been known to have christmas in march up here because of the roads, lol.

Oh my GAWD!! I LOVE those lamps!! They would be awesome in my purple bedroom. My friends always tell me my bedroom reminds them of a bordello and these are right up my alley!! Purple & bead fringe!!

Well got home bout hour ago....just perusing the board. Already hit the showa and heading off to bed. Ouside have a sprinkling of snow and yes I just love the snow the more the better

New year is looming and we already have tickets for the dance in town,supposed to be a blast dont have to worry bout drinking and driving as we booked rooms at the same hotel where the New Years dance will be held.

Lawd Quikkie the little guy got some real killa eyelashes Anyway we just here enjoying the forest and the little critters out there slinking in the dark.

So it's now bout 3:00am so off to beddie bye

I have a nice fire going in the shop where I'm headed soon. I took this week off to travel but that ain't happening. I'm making a whole bunch of new jewels though for the new year and I should stay home and take care of business more often. I'm liking this stay home business a lot!

I hurt myself yesterday just bending over and got like a spasim in my side and have been in big pain with every move my son brought over some Vicoden and they arent helping at all at all. I think I need some Magnesium

My granpere and his wife invited me to church on New Years Eve bout 3 hour service or sumting so, I decline he says so you would rather go to a dance than go to church helllllll yessss. As if when he was my age he was going to church on New Years Eve night.

Have a wonderful new year everyone! I've decided to stay in as we're getting a wicked blast from the Yukon starting tonight with 20F below PLUS windchill to 40F below or so. Where I'd go is to a lodge in northern MinnesNOWta about 85 miles north and that cold doesn't make the trip sound so inviting anymore. It's amateur night anyway! After nearly 20 years of working in bars and restaurants I had my fill of new years revelers and rather enjoy a quiet evening nowadays.

I could change my mind, but...probably not!

Feel better soon Roots! Stay inside where it's nice and warm and safe. Just thinking about the drunks on the roads is also enough to keep me home tonight. I saw 3 accidents yesterday. One of them had me stranded on the freeway for what seemed like forever! The roads are still very icy and eeediots are driving too fast. Add alcohol and well...yep, I'm staying home!
