Good morning from the warm tundra! It was in the high 20's yesterday and felt like Spring! Today might reach 30.

Val asked me to help her find a dog she can train and show in obedience classes so I found her this one...




I'm taking her to meet him today! He is one of the lake dogs and a AKC Champion and ready and raring to go to win in obedience! He is also Paris's uncle. Paris might go to her first show early March if I don't wreck her hair by then. Paris hair has turned into another part time job but she sure looks pretty!

This is Paris's brother who is just a couple of points away from Champion then it is her turn. Another brother just finish Champion on the east coast. Such is life in the doggie kingdom!

My heart bleeds for Haiti. 50,000 feared dead. It is unimaginable. I'm waiting for a local place to donate, I'm sure one will pop up soon, hopefully today. It needs to be sooner rather than later!

Yo Roots! The water is still open. Most ships look like this during this time of year! This one is probably parked until march now. There is a little bit of traffic but mostly the ships are coming in to stay now.
