You can only pass by in a boat.

You can hire a fishing boat from TB to take up the Black River. On the way back they will stop at PB. If you are lucky you will see Dolphins. When I did it the Dolphins came very close to the boat. Beats the heck out of seeing them in captivity.

From Kingston do YS Falls, Middle Quarters for peppa shrimp and stop at border for bammy.


From Negril, stop at Border again, go through Black River, tek the alligator tour, then take the road toward Treasure Beach wayish, turn left and go up the hill to Lovers Leap, then to Little Ochi and then up Spur Tree Hill to Mandeville.
