Here is when the duh moment happened. I don't know what I was thinking wandering around half dressed, but I get stuck sometimes. I was so busy taking pics that when I took these last two, I looked up and I had a neighbor staring at me wearing nothing proper. I saw him and just turned around and walked into the house . I must have blushed first before I started laughing and headed back to bed.

I'll have some video up in a sec where you can hear now tired I was that morning b/c of the noise. I called up Garfield and asked him to take me to the cliffs. I ended up at the Blue Water the first time b/c I was taking an online class during the summer and had to go in throughout the week. So I came to JA with my homework. I'd never been in there before, but my best friend would come in their almost everyday when we stayed on the cliffs. As I said earlier, that became my new spot. Randy is fun(and he has the nicest arms-check out that man in a tee-shirt -LOL), and the computers connection speeds are super quick. The area where the computers are is all air conditioned. Beautiful airconditioning. So I'd go in, watch a little CNN, do my homework, get a slushy or icecream, and then chill on the deck or watch the runnings out front. One thing that was sad to me that I didn't see before, but on this trip I had different eyes, was the number of drug addicts around. There were three women, who looked like crack heads that I saw on the beach. They just popped into my mind b/c I remember Randy helping one of them out. Sending her on an errand or something. We talked about it. I wondered how did they get here. They were three white women who were obviously (by speech) not Jamaican. I just wondered about their life stories as I sat on the deck.

I was hungry and plus I saw my boy MLK next door, so I went over to Chicken Lavish for lunch and ordered the conch! This is also when I added the shot of coconut rum to the slushy. That was nice too. I ate a lot of conch on this trip and this was by far the BEST!!! I always have a great meal there. I also appreciated that their veggies were nice. I usually try to avoid the rice and load up on veggies. Depending on the time of the day-esp. at lunch time, it was hard to find steamed veg. These were excellent!

After that wonderful lunch, I headed down the cliffs to the beach. On the way, I ran into O'Neil from Rentacell Negril. He was running out and then heading back in. The streets were clear. JA was playing in a qualifiers round in a footbal competion so everybody was in front of a TV. I would stop along the way on my walk and pick up bun or water and everywhere I went people were fixed on the game.

I also loved dogs this trip. They are everywhere and just exist. I did see more on leashes this trip, but of course that was not the norm.
