while he can be handful .... when I am around with Mr. ... one 'look' at him, one raised finger to him from the Big Man - and he calms right down ~ I so much missed seeing them this Holiday Season ...

Sunset Beach has 4 restaurants

One restaurant is buffet - they had a pancake, french toast station, omeletes, fruit, cereal and hot breakfast

each day the hot breakfast would have something jamaican to eat - pickled mackerel, steamed cabbage, callaloo, dumplings

lunch and dinner were the same - they cooked oxtails one day , curried goat - delicious - seasoned excellently

the beach grill was open from 10AM - 1AM - you could get hotdogs, burgers, jerk chicken, ice cream, popcorn

there were also 3 sit down restaurants - needed reservations - one was caribbean, one was chinese and one was italian

abu and i ate at pimento - the caribbean restaurant - the service was excellent and the food was good - no complaints

all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

on christmas day - a band showed up and played christmas songs early christmas morning

even santa made an appearance and gave out gifts - abu got a tee shirt and his friend got a drum - i'm glad we didn't get the drum

also on christmas - vendors came on property with almost anything you could think of to buy - carvings, paintings, jewelry, sarongs

this trip he was almost perfect

i barely saw him at Sunset Beach - they had all kind of kid activities - tie dye shirts, slide races, ping pong, movies, contests

and when we got to negril - his friends from south america were there - and i barely saw him there too

he was so exhausted that he never even woke up on his own in the mornings - in mobay or negril

the resort was nice without being &quot;stuffy&quot;

but

after 24 hours - i realized that no one had asked me to get any veggies

so i went out &quot;the gate&quot; - just right outside the gate - 2 inches outside the gate

and met junior

yes Abu is getting so tall

this would probably be my first choice in AI if I do an AI, just because of the water park/slide thingy.

for the price of the AI, I wouldn't have any money left over to even leave the hotel.
