In order to understand our first two or three days in Negril, one must understand the unique properties of the beach at For Real....we'd experienced this phenomenon during our first visit there a couple of months ago... I'm glad to report that the sand gravity is just as powerful now as then

Air Jamaica Flight 10 got us to MBJ about 11:30AM and by Noon we were cleared and out of the airport...





We spent the rest of the afternoon at Trevor &amp; Lindy's and then headed to Negril about 5PM...a note to travelers: rush hour in MoBay is no joke...it took us the better part of an hour to get from the airport to out near the Super Plus....

Back in the day, I was told that's how you stop the &quot;bed spins&quot; lie on the bed and put one foot on the floor.
