He is loving the Negril beach, so different from the beach where he lives.

We have a floating contest, and he cheats by making me laugh who would have thought that mawga likkle boy would win a floating contest with me!

<span style="font-size: 11pt">I call Alex out of the water and bid ado to my admirer

Seveen has come for a visit and everyone is on my veranda talking and drinking

Dave calls and I invite him down, but the gravity problem is serious at For Real, and I don't see him or Pooh this day...

When I get back to the room, I discover the current lack off

The place is pitch black and of course I did not bring a flash light or candles

I use the light of my cell phone to find my clothes and I shower in the dark

When I am done getting ready, I go out to the veranda and realize that the lack of power has prevented the man from mashing up my vibes I grab the battery powered CD player and we spin some real chunes for him

It was not too bad actually, and then we decided to head out...


We walked down the beach to the alley by Bar-B-Barn then up to the road...

Down to Bourbon Beach and I get some food

The place was EMPTY!


We heard Roots Bamboo is going to have live music, and it is free as opposed to Alfred's $700J to get in... Free is always in the budget, so we bypass Alfred's and just when I am about to give up and get a cab we reach Roots Bamboo

They are just clearing the table mats away from Dinner time and I grab the closest table to the sea

BarryG and Cher come with a round of beer and the music is sweet pumping out of this system



BarryG is singing love songs to his wife with the bigggest smile on his face, and I love him so much in that minute.
Something about a man who professes his love for his woman warms my heart BarryG &amp; Cher


Alex has never seen fireworks before and he is excited too.

I hear someone yell out &quot;Bossa&quot; this man can't go anywhere with out someone a bawl out im name
He has only <span style="font-style: italic">once</span> driven thru Negril in his life, and yet here is someone who knows and loves him... Bossa

I am truly happy...

There are Jamaican people everywhere, children, friends, good roots music, and the sea lapping at the shore

When the fireworks started I handed Alex my camera on the &quot;firework&quot; setting...

<span style="font-size: 11pt">The fireworks lasted a long time and were only outdone by the dang fire crackers Bossa, BarryG and Alex kept lighting off




Alex was so funny, he wanted to light one so bad but im did scared... he would touch the flame and jump back before it light... touch the flame and jump back

Finally this lady come pick up the fire cracker light it in her hand and let it pop den she look pon Alex like




It was a wonderful evening and would not have been half as good if my new friends had not joined me...

We all walked the beach back to the Condo's...

Fireworks still going as we walked...
