So Dave and Pooh come down off the cliffs to spend some beach time with us. They have this HUGE TV at For Real's bar, and I brought a live Bob Marley concert DVD with me.

We hooked Shawna's DVD player up to it and let it roll as we had drinks. Several people stopped what they were doing on the beach and came to watch it, with us applauding after each song as though we were at a real concert. THe ocean, the drinks, the friends , and Bob...well you get the picture.

Me at sunset last night......and the sunset of this report...We went to Catcha for dinner and it was so beautiful, But I had to come home...I have things to do....

Let me tell you that the weather over there is glorious. The sea is like satin bath water with calgon in it.

Oh my goodness how can a country be so blessed.

As the girls arrive home, I hope they share with you, as for me...I healed, got bitten by fire ants, and stubbed a toe until it is purple....but I love me some Jamaica.

You are welcome honey

While we were there he was not feeling well. For some reason they do not have a next chef and he is working with no days off and his blood pressure is up. One day I put him in a chair, massaged his neck and temples and put cold towels with ice on him. He works so hard, he needs some back up, and often they do not supply all the things he needs to make really great meals, but he makes do. I hope things improve there for him soon.

<span style="font-weight: bold">These guys make my shopping at my local shop (across from Ricks) a little more pleasurable and often my trips to the shop take more time then planned.

Actually everyone of these divers from Ricks are very respectful and friendly to me.

BTW, they do shop in those shorts. </span>
