<span style="font-weight: bold">it is really the RARE occassion that I am on my own getting around Negril. I had some photos to carry to my Ginger Beer Guy over by the car park, so I got my own taxi - he was to carry me over to the bank and then the beach - but I lost him back in the busy car park ... too many Drivers and such all clammering for business; I was like a lost little girl with my head spinning ... </span>

along comes Tommy - meks the rest all just shift away - I had to stare at his face for a minute till I recognized him ~ and his face breaks out in a smile once clarity comes and I SEE him ...

(and he does smell nice ~ )

Juicy at Sea Grape cooked a couple of breakfasts for us....and always cooked too much....this is the ackee &amp; saltfish, plantain and fry dumplin <span style="font-weight: bold">after</span> we'd each taken a serving

I've had those JAllucinations!! For me it's usually smells &amp; sounds.
Hot pavement, diesel fuel, the sound of a big growlin truck goin uphill &amp; shiftin, a woodfire on a summer night...

Great report as always Dave &amp; Pooh!! love the pool at the ice house!!

aahhh yes! This is the most vivid one for me
Whenever I smell someone burning wood here I am teleported roght back to JA.

The smell of frankincense and/or myrrh does it for me too. Familiar night time smell in my Grandma's and great-aunties homes.
