right now it's private property, but I took a peek over the wall one day....I'm not sure what they were building just over that wall, but there is a brand new thatch roof cliffside bar maybe 20-25 yards from the wall ... somebody building a little hotel, maybe?

I'm going to post some pics of the other two Sea Grape villas in a minute.....

So it's our last day at Sea Grape...only one of the other 2 villas was occupied while we were there, and the other couple left early that morning to go back to the airport, so we took a self-guided tour of the rest of the place....

The Sea Grape (where we stayed) and the Wild Grape are cliffside and the Big Grape is set back a little closer to the road....

The Big Grape is indeed big....you could easily sleep 6-8 people there...









the shower is cool...



so's the outdoor one...



we had a nicer kitchen...






both of the downstairs bedrooms had screens....we only got a picture of this one...the other is very much like it....




the other bed is up in this loft...no screens, no A/C....

it's a nice spot, but of the three it would be my last choice....

I am going to ask on the off chance you might know the answer - do you know who painted the picture above the bed? Is that a local artist per chance?

I love the painting. The contrast and starkness of colors is fantastic.
