mann ... I just love the look of what I assume must be your new bathroom ....

are those shutters all along the top of the walls?? or just slanted boards? very clever.

mine is like a convection oven!! one tiny little window.

hey laurel, when i asked rex to do it that way he didn't understand why . . . once he experienced this new style, he loves it!!! most jamaican bathroom windows are that six shape hole looks like a ship's window. . . the area is real breezy most of times, the wind just howls through the place, it's like having a bath outdoors but better, &quot;privacy galore&quot;, we screened in that part, helps with bug control . . . also the open air addition is the same way, slanted boards, it's like living outside . . . when i get home i'll post some inside pics . . .

shopping in jamaica - it's trying at the best of times . . . buying a stove took better part of the day . . . hardware store - out of the 15 of so items on our list, we found 8 and improvised . . . nothing is as it seems in jamaica and yet i love being there so much . . .

the trend in the area is for ppl to go &quot;out&quot; for food friday nights so to keep with tradition, rex and i went to boston, ordered our food and sat on the wall, ate and watched the road goings on . . . real fun date and so simple.
the dogs come into the open air living during the night and the bedroom door stays open all night . . .
