What you still haven't done yet is reach the hights that mi reach one time and fly to Jamaica to have Island Grill #1 and immediatelly fly back on the same aircraft.

Last two times I was there Island Grill was not open. I'd be furious if that was my plan and they were on one of their down days.

Glad I made my way over here, through Laurel's link and report. Nice to see your report and pics on your quickie trip to Mobay. I love that area...and do like Doctor's cave beach.

I realize after reading your ordeal and fight with cancer....just why you are enjoying life to its' fullest. You are a strong woman...and I admire that.

So T picked me up right on time, and I was out on the front doing this trip report. I got searched THREE times at the airport……searched searched and then searched again.. Well I was just there a few days ago, and only staying for one day, I’d be suspicious of me too. Of course when you ain’t got nothing bad, they can search all they like.

We were 35 minutes late out of Mobay, and I am in the air right now. Found out that you have to be over the US for the WIFI to work, then they shut it off when you descend, so maybe not worth it in the long run, but I deny myself little as you can see.

I’m glad I retired when I did. I’m glad I’m still young enough to enjoy it, and healthy right now too. If someone ever wakes you up from anesthesia and tells you that you have malignant cancer stage 2, I guess you will then understand why I do what I do. Linda McCartney, (Paul of the Beatles) wife DIED while I was going through treatment. He is a billionaire and if he could have BOUGHT her life, he would have. The difference between the two of us was I caught mine earlier than she, and I had the LEAST aggressive form, where as she had the MOST aggressive form.

Do not put you life off, Do not put you happiness off. Just DO IT.

Marilyn, you are just like me, ready to go at the drop of a hat! Yea, life is too short and there's a big beautiful world out there. And lots of great people to meet!

Like the Buddhist lama said, no-one on their death bed will be saying I wish I'd spent more time in the office!

I used to travel 3 months at a time, backpacking India and Africa, but now as a mum I am content to spend 3 days in Paris or a week in Cuba, feels like I've been away a month!
(I think cos you pack so much into that short time).
