Yep, this is in Williamsfield. I love this place and have decided to make it my
&quot;journey for cleansing&quot; the day before I depart for the US. I always feel so clean and refreshed when I leave that place. It's a beautiful and quite place. I always pray that a party isnt going on and so far, there have only been no more than 6/7 people when we arrive.

HA! i <span style="font-style: italic">KNEW</span> it - that was one of the first places i ever went in Jamaica... (and since DD has flown the coop, ima just chat away here and blatantly hijack his thread, nanny nanny boo boo - maybe it'll make him come back to defend his territory and finish the report-! )

so.... willliamsfield....i stayed up there with my gf and her fella on their farm. one day they took us hiking all day *whew* , but it was worth it -- cause after hours of hiking all over the countryside, eating fruit from the trees, crossing over the falls at the Meetins (what an adventure!) and back -- that very swimmin hole was the destination. That water is so pure you don't even need soap to bathe, and you come out so clean and fresh, my hair was soft and nice for <span style="font-style: italic">days</span> afterward

so i DO have a pic of myself in that exact same spot - believe it or not what i recognized was the vegetation alongside the swimmin hole.....cause the surroundings look much different. back then it was just raw and not at all built up as it is now.

Angie i feel the same as you (not surprising eh?). Some river time is a must for me, for quiet time, rejuvenation and cleansing. i so cannot wait to get back there (next week!!!)

Yes gang, we had the pleasure of meeting another resident of boardlane for the first time Ms Exced was staying just up the road from us and stopped by for a quick &quot;hello&quot; one afternoon....we sat by the pool for a while and talked trash about all a y'all
