After I had lunch I walked out to the steps near the water. I sat on a step and let the water cascade over me as it crashed against the reef. It was so exhilarating, so much that I wanted more. I moved down 2 steps so I could get a better drenching.

The waves were a bit rough and one wave came and slightly lifted me from the step. I tried to ground myself better if another one came. Next one came, whoosh, still felt great…third crashing wave, I was completely lifted from my seated position and the water pulled me along the step and bounced me back a bit I felt a slight burn. When the water receded I saw white meat and no blood, OMG this is not good but it doesn’t look bad. I didn’t tell anyone what had happened cause…I just didn’t I really didn’t think much of it, I already possess a couple of Jamaican waterfall souvenirs on my ankles and legs (scrapes and bruises) from previous trips. (My FB friends that saw my posts about being treated for my leg wound for 2 months, this is how I got it)

I called Owen to pick me up took a few more pictures around the property and I concluded my day at Jackie’s.

On the way back Owen stopped at the lighthouse. 11 trips to Negril and I’ve never been to the lighthouse.

We stopped at Hi Lo and I finished up my shopping for things to take back home, tomorrow is moving day. While browsing shelves, I spotted a medication I haven’t seen since I was a kid and it made me wonder if it had been taken off the market cause I hadn’t seen it in so long but I figured it would work for a temporary fix.... good old Mercurochrome (it is no longer sold in the US because of its mercury content)

After the water incident at Jackie's my camera got wet and my flash became tempermental

It was so nice to not have to rush on check-out day. I didn’t have to check in to the next hotel until 3pm, but I planned to arrive around 2pm. A 10-day stay in Negril and I did not go to one club the whole trip. Most of my nights ended at a bar this trip. On my February trip I started weaning myself from going to a venue each night and instead actually caught up on some much needed sleep at decent hours

I got up early and had coffee at Seawind and continued working on my tan, which was absolutely bronzingly (is that a word lol) beautiful

The lobster dinner looks seriously yummy. How was it? Only been to chicken lavish once so I'm looking for a reason to return.

Vi, it was good. I like the lobster at chicken lavish and I have it there each trip. I loved the Lobster at Ericka's but when I've gone the last 3 times, it was closed

My driver from Clive's picked me up around noon. Stopped at Biggas for chicken. Back in the van and a short drive later, I arrived at my 4-day decompression, get my mind right before babylon destination, Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort

When Peach opened the door and I saw my room, I fell in love this is just what I needed to decompress. If I didn't leave out of my room until Monday it would have been okay with me

2011 is about to begin and PTO will be restocked...3 weeks
so we need to start making plans soon
