Since this technically is my first trip report on the board, I have to say, this is a helluva lot of work If you arent in the &quot;zone&quot; to post and write story, it takes all kinds of effort to finish

So, to all of you that make those 20 page trip reports with a long, cohesive (and comprehensible) stories to go along with the pictures, <span style="font-weight: bold">I give you MADD RESPECT </span>

With that said, my trip report is coming to an end - which frees me up to read Jazz's

I (we) stayed up the entire night before my flight was to take off cause I was so dang tired I knew if I closed my eyes, I would not wake up in time to catch my flight.

Originally, I came down with <span style="font-weight: bold">ONE </span>suitcase but had to go buy another suitcase at Wal-Mart around midnight before leaving Apparently, I bought more stuff than I thought.
Plus, we needed to CVS to pick up some hair products before I left.

I spent the night packing and burning CD's. We had to head out around 4am to make it to the airport on time. I tried to take some night shots but only a few came out alright:

So we arrive at the airport in time - or so I thought I check in and make my way to security with MMK. Now, all the other times I have travelled there have been plastic bags available for ppl to put their small liquid items in.

Nooooooooo, not this time. Apparently it is only a courtesy, blah, blah, blah. Well it dont matter cause I have no clear plastic bags to put my stuff in and I will be damned if I am gonna leave my new Spehora lip gloss behind

As luck would have it, MMK breasts came in really handy at this point. Since I was tripping about what I was gonna do with my stuff, she found a security guard to ask for some plastic bags. In the beginning she got the same story about how it is a courtesy etc. but then he looked down and all of a sudden he had the energy to go look for some So, we watch this man run up and down the airport in search of the &quot;bag lady&quot;. 20 minutes later, he returns a little damp from the jog but with plastic bags in hand. I grabbed my bag and let MMK do all the thanking on my behalf.

finally cleared security only to remember that I have to catch the dang train to my gate

Finally get to my gate which was the last stop on the train and had less than 10 minutes to board. Well, since they dont serve breakfast anymore on the planes, and I didnt feel like eating at 3am before we left, I decided to get some breakfast.

Being the princess that I am, I held up the plane in order to get my sausage breakfast sandwich and tea at Burger King.
However, I will admit that it was a bit nerve wracking to have all eyes on you when you finally board the plane cause you are the last person but I got over it:

Since I had changed my flight at the last minute over a long weekend in Canada, I had to hit two cities before getting home. Turns out that since the connection times were so tight, I actually got home faster than when I went.

On the way there, I touched down in Toronto but it took 12hrs to get to ATL. However, on the way back, I went thru Toronto and Calgary but it only took 8hrs to get home. Nice and quick

So, this is the end of my story. I had a great time acting like a princess, buying pretty clothes and shoes - especially the shoes. This has reminded my that taking time out for yourself is the best thing you can do for the ppl who love you cause it makes you a far saner person in the end

I found this plaque in a Home Furnishing store and thought it was a fitting tribute to my new life revelation:

I beleive you are right Q.K. The name did have &quot;Japanese&quot; in it. Absolutley beautiful tree, IMO.

Plus, the trunk looks like a Japanese variety. The tree in my front yard has a similar trunk system to it - those multi-trunk kind.

Awrite fuss of all is nat suh di trip report guh. Yuh see how di gyal scandalous. We went to church nuff nuff, we pray, we neva buy no shoes, not one *lawd gad mi hope lightening nuh strike when sun hat ennuh*

but I think this is the most fun I've had since I've been in the A.

kissmineck ATL have a piece a night life weh mi neva know bout, we cova chree hot spots inna two night Sundeh nat a rice an peas neva cook, an yuh see hwo she a scandal mi bout mi carry har guh cyar wash, but if mi neva dweet now yuh wudda hear how is har burtday come an all mi cudda duh is drive har roun inna dutty cyar. aye sah.

I must seh it neva tek long fi di family warm up tuh har and before lang Mommy marie was imparting har wise nalij pan nylah in ongle di way mommy can. Lord mi glad mi did give har enuff warning.

Suh afta di club wi come home a tell mommy bout happy from di club hear mommy, Lawd gad missis tell di bway yuh can heal di sick but yuh cyaan raise di dead, yuh cyaan wuk wid dat.

bout bad influence and pop stitches I told you nuff times to keep yourself quiet but you insisted on puttting on your highest heels with your broke toe and go shake your moneymaker on nuff dance floors all over the city


my poor innocence self had to go to mass and burn nuff candles for a week straight after you were done with me
