I like Panama. Had a memorable experience driving to a village called Nombre de Dios! In english it means [in the] Name of God and it was there that we came close to running out of petrol!

Surely there must be a gas station there somewhere. Well did the un-manly thing to do and asked for directions. We were told to head to Massa Chin shop. Which was a small shop in a barn full of hay that didn't resamble a gas station at all. However Massa Chin produced a drum of oil and using a plastic hose syphoned some into the tank! Since all of it didn't fit, he said, come back on the way from Miramar (where we were heading) and I'll give you the rest. And he sure did.

Soon after the car almost fell into the river. But that's another story.

After we pick that up we will be heading back to the village. One the way I was trying to rinse out my shoe in the water because I stepped in some deep mud trying to take a pic. It was all well and good until I dropped my water shoe. You know that sucker just floated there. Anyway we back up, picked up my shoe and headed to the shore. </span></span>
