The building where the church worshipped was very small and they really needed to move. The first Sunday I preached at the old location, they had to move all the chairs when I did the altar call. Although the pastor was met with opposition by a couple folks, the rest of the church was in favor a move.

I was very impressed with the move and the transformation of the new building. I witnessed teamwork at the max. Folks would go directly to the new building after their regular jobs and those who were unemployed spend all day working on getting the church ready.



This deacon was at the church working no matter what time we showed up. Few days before my original departure date, he held on to my hand and begged me to stay a little while longer. I had it.

Pretending to paint. I messed up the light plug.



The Minister had to a go as well and she messed up the ceiling



This brother holds a special place in my heart. The previous Sunday night I gave a special invitation and he was one of the recipients. He was glowing all week.



The move is on....

That first morning in the church was off the hook. The Minister did a consecration service and just about everything and everyone was anointed. Unfortunately she fell ill the night before so I had the honors of anointing and praying for everyone.

All the members at Gospel Tabernacle meant a lot to me. They welcomed me from the first day and made me feel at home however there are a few that will always hold a special place in my heart. This young lady is one of them. We talked her into coming out to prayer meeting on a Tuesday night. She came and she received the gift of the Holy Spirit. Girl made me cry the day I was returning to Canada. She came to the airport and didn't want to go of my neck.



Oh goodness...Sister Louise. There are certain gifts that God has blessed me with in Ministry. Sister Louise witnessed some of those gifts in the church and outside. That Sunday night, they had a farewell gathering before I preached (bad idea). Sister Louise spoke about me and I bawled. If that wasn't bad enough, she handed me a letter at the airport that I didn't read until I got home....thank you Jesus. Each time I think about the letter, I cry. She is a beautiful woman.

It was Women's Day so we had to dress in white. Funny enough when I was packaging, I thought about it and decided to bring a white suit...I'm glad I did as I needed it for the last Sunday as well.

It was placed on my heart to preach a message on Joshua chapter 10 that is titled, &quot;A Ridiculos Request?&quot;....note the question mark. I didn't know why I had to until the few days leading up my leaving the Island.

After the service...I was so drained that even my eyes disappeared.

Have you visited Dr.Dudd? </div></div>Yes I've been there and not umpressed. Theu are very racust,and I get the feeling that they were only intrester in speciality. I get the impression that they really only waht Jamaicans to come and work without enjoying themselves.
But that is just my impressuin after about 3 visits.
