Eastern coyotes are sometimes caled coy-dogs or even coy-wolves. They are a hybrid from a time when wolf & coyote populations east of the Mississippi were dwindling. So in keeping with the "Love the one you're with" way of thinking, they cross bred.

I've seen them in passing crossing a road at night, etc.
They all looked scrawny. This guy or gal was big & healthy.

Lots of CROWS aroun that same area Dude. Very Stephen Kingish...

This one would make a wonderful 500 piece puzzle.. would be nice to figure out water leaves and tree leaves..

The yellowish leaves are overhanging the water, the reds from the other side are reflecting, then there's the lily-pads floating on the surface.

Dave, lots o pines up this way, but yets we still have lots of green. We're coastal so it's a bit warmer near the Gulf Stream.
There was snow on all that green just the other day and THAT does not make me happy!!

Roots, the cranberries grow low to the ground in bogs. When they're ripe, they flood the bogs &amp; rake the berries loose from the plants, then scoop them up. Pretty cool eh?
One thing you nevrr want to try is a raw cranberry!! too tart!!
