I just wanted to know if anyone in the Port Antonio area knows about property prices in that area and what one would pay for a one bedroom house with room to expand? It sits on just under a acre of land. I was thinking it's worth in the region of 3 million plus??? I'm I crazy?

Yes Portland is beautiful and it's a shame we have to sell, but talking to locals they seem to think it's worth much less than that, but then they are thinking about what they as locals would pay and not foreigners. I would like to see if I could get at least 4million but don't wont to be laughed out of town! [img]/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
