Please help me find my dad. His name is Donald P. Vernon and he was born 10/21/1956. He is from Kingston,Jamaica. He also goes by the nicknname "69" because of his height. Please contact me if you know any information about him or family members.

I last saw him in 2002, that's when he returned back to Jamaica. I was born in the US. Recently, contacted all the Vernon's in Jamaica and a cousin reported that he died September 2006. Unable to have contact with this individual due lack of phone services. How can I obtain a death certificate?
