Please help find an obit

Hello folks I don't come here any more but back when I first came here in 2002 it was when I first went to visit a good friend in Kingston named Chris Plummer.

Mr. Plummer has passed away, and I am unable to find any information. If someone is in Kingston and can find an obituary for me I would appreciate it. He passed sometime after September which was when I last spoke to him.

He worked for the JUTC & was in his mid 30s. Thank you!

Hello there and thank you. Sorry for taking so long to notice your reply, I didn't expect anyone to respond.

I am still in CA. I bought a house in Sac.

Chris' death was sudden though not too surprising, he had been sick all summer. He works for the JUTC and when their director was assassinated in June of last year he knew who was involved, so the stress shot his diabetes through the roof & forced him into the hospital. Last I heard from him was the end of September; I invited him here to my house to recover & avoid the stress of those who knew that HE knew. He declined my offer. I found out in Jan. that he had passed away, I just don't know when. Contrary to the sarcastic post above yours, the Jamaican newspapers do not post their obits online. So I can't find any info, and even if they did I don't even know when to start looking.

Danielth, I noticed where you said in your reply that I was being sarcastic in my reply to your post. It was not meant to be sarcastic I really thought you could find that information in the jamaican newspapers online.

I don't know too many details. I do know that the director went outside to have a cigarette on what I think was like a loading dock of some kind. He was approached by a group of men who gunned him down. My friend said that one of the group of men was his (my friend's) direct supervisor. My friend was very stressed because of his knowledge and it causes his diabetes to flare up badly, he was hospitalized for about three months. He contacted me mid September saying he had been cleared to return to work on Oct 6. I saw him online a couple days later &amp; was pretty lethargic and that was the last I heard from him I heard about his death in January of this year, so I'm not sure when he actually left us.

Thank you very much. It was hard but I got through it. I don't see myself ever going to Kingston again though without him there.
