Missing Parents/Need to Find

I am now a 26 year old U.S citizen, but I am looking for my parents. My birth place is Kingston at Victoria Jubliee Hospital. I believe my parents still lives in Jamaica. Can you please help me locate them, or tell me how to go about locating my parents. The only information I have about my parents is what is on my birth certificate.

Mother: Joyce Willoughly (believe current age is 42) -- last know address is 24 Maverley Avenue, Half Way Tree, St.Andrews. Birthplace is St.Andrews

Father: Less Williams (believe current age is 51) --- Last know address is Downtown Matches Lane, Kingston. Birthplace is Manchester.

I have seen other posters looking to find relatives in Jamaica advised to check out ackee.com.

I would think it would be good for u to go to jamaica and check about Marverly lane fe see if anyone knows of her and possibly where she is presently living..

I do not want to go to Jamaica just yet. I would like to have some type of leads before I go. When I do go my time in Jamaica would be limited. I wish I knew someone who lives in Marverly Lane. I think that would be a big help, because they can tell me about the family that is currently living there now. Well at least I would find out if they still live there or they have moved. Hopefully they still live there or someone knows them. I don't know anymore. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I checked the Jamaica phone book for you and there is no Willouhly listed anywhere! and only one Leslie Willaims on Red Hills Rd. Email me if you want the number.
Try emailing RJR radio and see if they would put a shout out or the salavtion Army... If and when you come to Jamiaca, I would not advise you NOT to go wandering around Matches Lane, Downtown can be rough if you dont know what your doing.
You may get the run around...people will take you up and down the place just to earn a change...
Do you know if your parents were with any church? I may be able to find them through a local pastor...my email is [email protected]

yeah girl. Came to NY and searched Bronx white pages and wrote to every address with my last name till ma brother got the letter and called me back - it was the best Christmas present ever. Keep hope alive cause Christ still deh pan de trone! [img]/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]ray:

Nothing yet. Trying to stay hopefully. It's hard. I have mailed a letter to someone in Jamaica who lives at the address. Hopefully the person will reply back. Feeling like I am hitting a dead end. Hope my luck changes.

could the willoughly be a mistype on the birth cert for willoughby? There are willoughbys in jamaica.

Who knows if Willoughly is a mistype. I have the Jamaican phone book. I think there are about 4-5 with that name. Going to call them up and see what happens.
