Hi,
Trying to find Baldwin Anthony Service, aka Bobby, who left a pregnant school girl (me) in Kingston for England in 1978, and as far as we know, has not been back since. His daughter, and 2 grand sons would like to know him.
He was 23 at the time, she was 17. His DOB August 7, 1954. Hers August 5, 1960. He Lived on Camperdown Road, across the street from the school. She was attending Excelsior Community College at the time and lived at 7 Miles in Bull Bay.
He went to his mother, a younger sister and a older brother, who were already living at Edwin house, Neville Close, Wandsworth in London at the time. His mother visited Jamaica once and met the child. We were informed that she died in 1984. The only other member of his family she knows is an uncle, an ex-soldier called Service, who lives near South Camp Road in Kingston.
His daughter has never met him personally, and last heard from him in 1986, when a friend of his visited Jamaica and brought her a few things.
It is not a financial thing. Shi alright, but shi wudda like fi know har fada!
We would be thankful for any information.
